James Harris (Property Tax Consultant)

James Harris joined P.E. Pennington & Company, Inc. in January 2009. He is a Property Tax Consultant responsible for the administering Real Estate and Personal Property located throughout Texas. James recieved both his undergraduate degree and Masters of Land Economics & Real Estate (MLERE) from Texas A&M University.
