Rita Bartgis joins P.E. Pennington & Co., Inc.

P. E. Pennington & Co., Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Rita Bartgis to our staff. Rita was a former Tax Manager at KPMG LLP and a business personal property tax consultant for the Marvin F. Poer Company. She is a licensed Texas senior tax consultant and a member of the Texas Association of Professionals and the Taxation Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
